Hello, all! It’s been quite some time since I last posted. Life has been busy on both the homefront and with my business. As much as I’d love to be active with this blog on a daily basis, it takes a distant backseat to family and working to meet the needs of clients. The picture above was taken Memorial Day weekend from the “backyard” of a listing I have going live next week!
It’s been a particularly busy period for me recently with listings. Below are brochures for my currently active and pending listings. For all of my listings, I work with clients to “soft stage” their homes and hire a professional photographer to ensure that the presentation of their home in the MLS and social media is optimized. Drone pictures are included to highlight premium lots or unique home location features. In situations where “virtual” or “full” staging services would help to maximize the sales price and minimize the time on market, I have established relationships with service providers in both areas who do fantastic work!
